Everyone’s movement goals and physical therapy needs are as unique as their fingerprints. When working with patients, what matters to you matters to me. Whether you come in for injury rehabilitation or performance enhancement, here’s what you can expect.
Step 1: Connect
Learning about how to best help you on your journey is more than just learning about your injury, it’s about you as a whole person. We’ll take the time to explore how your body, lifestyle, and art all come together. Most importantly, I learn about your goals, and why movement matters to you.
Step 2: Assess
Standard assessments fall short for niche athletes. This comprehensive hands-on process uncovers what trends in how you move have led you to where you are now, and uncover what’s at the root of your symptoms.
Step 3: Build
We work together to establish a plan that fits with your body, your discipline, and your goals. Nothing is cookie-cutter.
Step 4: Perform
My goal is for you to return stronger, more resilient, and with a better understanding of what your body needs and how to give it to it than you were before. Most practices stop at “good enough”
